We also provide fund management, stockbroking and wealth management services to compliment the corporate broking services.

Role

The role will involve supporting existing and growing companies by acting as an interface between corporate clients and the institutional side of the business. Pitching to prospective clients a full range of services, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, fundraising, debt advisory, market intelligence, management buyouts, management buyins and reconstructions. You will be required to liaise with various areas within our company including equity research & analysis, sales, sales trading and trading in order to keep clients fully informed.

The Person

This role will require an individual with excellent client facing skills and the ability to build relationships with corporate clients, at CEO, CFO and Investor relations levels, as well as ensuring that relationships with existing institutional investors are conducted in a professional manner. A strong financial acumen with the ability to assess and act on information rapidly is a must, with a flexible, service orientated work attitude.
