An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nominee Assistant to cover maternity leave in a busy Stockbroking Operations team.

This role is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will require you to be responsible for all Nominee & safe custody holdings, reporting and reconciliations.

Daily Responsibilities will include:

  • Stock Postings
  • Crest reconciliation
  • OAT’s
  • Negative Holdings report
  • Cancelled bargains report
  • Corporate Nominee transfers
  • Stock transfers for unit trust holdings
  • Inter-broker transfers
  • Unit trust confirmations
  • Deposit stock into nominee
  • Residuals – stamping, transferring and depositing
  • Fortis pledge and release
  • Holding amendments
  • Release certificates from safe custody and complete transfer forms for sales
  • Assistance to the business support team as and when necessary
  • Participation in reception rota as and when necessary

You must be proficient in MS Office and have experience in dealing with stockbroking systems such as CREST and settlement systems, preferably Investmaster 4iCore.
