We provide a comprehensive range of services for small quoted companies up to approximately £20m capitalisation. These services include: -
Corporate Client Broking - Fast efficient buying and selling of equities at competitive dealing rates.
Corporate Client SIPP Management - We help plc's manage employee SIPP schemes and act as broker at highly competitive dealing charges.
Annual Report - design and production. We help our corporate clients write, design and produce company financial statements, company reports and annual reports.
Corporate ISA - We set up and manage ISA accounts for the employees of our corporate clients operating various employee share incentive schemes. This enables individual employees to shelter shares from the relevant plan from Capital Gains and future Income Tax. The relevant plans have a 90 day window where shares matured or released can be transferred directly into an ISA, without incurring a Capital Gains Tax event.
Employee Share Save Schemes - Clients welcome our advice and experience in setting up and managing employee share save schemes.
Financial PR - This is another rapidly expanding part of our business. Many corporate clients do not enjoy the support of public and press relations experts. They somewhat misguidedly think such assistance is expensive and only really for much larger plc's but nothing could be further from the truth. Again, we advise upon and deliver cost effective solutions to proactive and defensive PR campaigns. We have highly skilled and experienced people working in-house.
Company research - What quoted company does not wish to influence private client stockbrokers around the country? We have a team of analysts who visit small quoted client companies and produce at least one research paper for each company each year which is sent to private client stockbrokers and smaller company fund managers around the UK.
